Una casa non è solo un edificio. La nostra casa di certo non lo è. È un luogo del riposo, della sosta, è un luogo dove mettere ordine alle emozioni vissute durante la giornata. È dove si può rallentare ,dove fermarsi ad elaborare quanto si è vissuto riflettendo e ricordando complice una natura che qui è intima e serena, dove trasformare dei semplici accadimenti in esperienza.
Per fare ciò è necessario sentirsi accolti eppure avere spazi dove godere di un’opportuna solitudine, avere sorrisi disponibili e tuttavia angoli di silenzio, opportunità di dialogo ma anche una rassicurante certezza di discrezione. Le stanze che vi accolgono sono state arredate con l’intento di far godere della giusta luce e delle ombre più riposanti che servono al benessere di ognuno per trasformare dei semplici accadimenti in esperienza.

A house is not just a building, our house certainly is not. It is a place of rest , a place where to stop , a place where to bring order to emotions experienced during the day . To do this you need to feel accepted and yet have space where enjoy your solitude , have smiles available and yet corners of silence , opportunities for dialogue but also a reassuring certainty of discretion . The rooms that welcome you have been furnished with the intent to make you enjoy the right light and the most restful shadows serving the welfare of everyone .

Il quartiere dove abitiamo è posizionato in una zona residenziale verde e panoramica servito ottimamente dai trasporti pubblici. Il capolinea della linea 14 che conduce in centro in pochi minuti si trova all’entrata del parco. Se preferite passeggiare, la splendida via di Romagna costeggiata da vecchie case e ville vi condurrà in una decina di minuti di discesa al centro. Triesté59 si trova inoltre nelle vicinanze dell’Università degli Studi di Trieste.

The terminus of bus line 14 leading into the center in a few minutes, is at the entrance to the park . If you prefer walking , the beautiful via di Romagna lined with old houses and villas, will take you to the center in about ten minutes. Triesté59 is also near the University of Trieste.

Per prima cosa si può usufruire di un posteggio privato all'interno dell'area di proprietà.
L’alloggio dedicato agli ospiti è composto da tre stanze matrimoniali con bagno privato e un mini appartamento con stanza matrimoniale o a due letti + stanza singola + bagno privato. Le stanze sono tutte climatizzate, situate al primo e secondo piano della villa dove noi ne occupiamo l'ultimo.
Il giardino è a disposizione del vostro relax e non mancheranno le occasioni per incontrarci anche al di fuori della colazione, che nei giorni di bel tempo potrete consumare nella terrazza affacciata sulla pineta e le fronde degli alberi. Se lo desiderate saremo lieti di fornirvi le indicazioni utili a rendere indimenticabile Trieste nei vostri ricordi, anche se è una città che ad ammaliare le persone se la cava benissimo da sola.

The accommodation for guests consists of three double bedroom with private bathroom and one mini apartment with a room with double bed or two twin beds + room with one single bed + private bathroom. All air conditioned the rooms are on the first and second floor of the villa where we occupy the top floor.
The garden is available to relax and there will be opportunities to meet us even outside breakfast, which in the days of good weather can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the park and the treetops . We will be happy if you wish, to provide the necessary informations to make Trieste unforgettable in your memories , although it is a city that to bewitch people gets along very well by itself.

Nei dintorni di casa nostra a 5 minuti a piedi per un po’ di footing o una passeggiata immersi nel verde c’è il Parco di Villa Giulia.
A nemmeno una cinquantina di metri da Triesté59 c’è la fermata del vecchio Tram che conduce lungo un percorso inerpicato e costellato di vedute uniche al colle di Opicina da cui si gode una vista impagabile della città e da dove parte la passeggiata Napoleonica vera terrazza di lusso su Trieste.
